Effective Friday, May 30, the Hospitality Desk will be located in Furnald Hall.

The Hospitality Desk will continue to offer support to the students living on-campus for the summer. However, effective May 27 - August 22, operating hours are adjusted.

It’s almost time to Check-Out of Columbia Housing!

We are excited to introduce a new Room Selection resource this year: the Room Selection Portal Demo. Now through March 24, you can explore the Room Selection process so you’re familiar with the system when it’s time for your appointment.

Online Room Selection for AY 25-26 begins on April 1. Monitor which rooms are still available with the real time Room Selection live viewer.

Housing declaration is now open for RAs and RA Riders, SIC and FSL residents, and students registered with Disability Services and their Riders. This is a required action to maintain guaranteed housing status.

Starting On Monday, February 24, all continuing, residential CC/SEAS students will be required to declare their housing intent for Academic Year 2025-2026 as part of Room Selection.

As you prepare for Room Selection 2025, here's a quick summary of what is new or changing from prior years.

Your health and safety are a priority for the University. Annual Health & Safety inspections are conducted in every residence hall once per academic year.

On January 27, continuing residential CC/SEAS students received the following message about Room Selection. 

As part of their mission to reduce waste, Columbia Housing donated 10 functional TVs from Schapiro Hall and Wien Hall following Housing's internal upgrade to Roku-compatible units.
