Summer Operating Hours

The Hartley Hospitality Desk will continue to offer support to the students living on-campus for the summer. However, operating hours are adjusted:

  • 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily: In-person and phone support available to students
  • 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. daily: Phone support available to students.

Call or email the Hospitality Desk, located in the lobby of Hartley Hall. The Hospitality Desk is staffed 24 hours 7 days a week during academic periods to assist students.

Hospitality Desk Services Include:

  • Assistance with maintenance and custodial requests
    • Unless it's an emergency, students should first put in a service request. The Desk can help if issues aren't resolved in a timely manner.
  • Equipment check-out for Game Room
  • General questions
  • Keys and locks
  • Blue bin rentals
  • University ID card reissues
