Check-In preparations are underway. This page will serve as your hub for all Check-In information for returning sophomore, junior, and senior students. Important pre-arrival steps and Check-In logistics will be shared over the summer.

IMPORTANT DATES

THE CHECK-IN PROCESS

1. Select Your Check-In Day

Starting in July, you can select your preferred arrival day and time. We encourage you to check in on formal Check-In Day, September 4; however, you may arrive over the weekend.

2. Initiate Check-In Online

Within 24 hours of your selected arrival time, you will be prompted to check in online through the Housing Portal. Plan to complete this quick and simple step prior to arriving on campus to prevent move-in delays.

3. Confirm Your Check-In Location

Most students may proceed to their room after online Check-In, but residents of some buildings will need to update their CUID at a card encoder or collect a hard key. Building-specific instructions will be posted in July.

4. Proceed to Your Room

Complete the Room Condition Report in the Housing Portal before you unpack. You will receive more information about the RCR after you have completed online Check-In.
