FALL 2026 CHECK-IN

Check-In preparations are underway. This page will serve as your hub for all Check-In information and has been updated following the July 17 message to returning sophomore, junior, and senior students. More logistics will be shared over the summer.

THE CHECK-IN PROCESS

1. Select Your Check-In Day

Log into the Housing Portal to choose your arrival date and time.

Preferred Date (more support resources): September 4
Flexible Dates: September 5-7

2. Check-In Online

The day you arrive, you'll receive an email to check in online.

Complete this step before coming to campus to ensure access to your room and to avoid delays.

3. Rent a Bin & Curbside Drop-off

If you need assistance moving items, you can rent a bin or use curbside drop-off points before going to your building. Bin rental locations and drop-off points will be communicated in August. Resource availability will vary by date.

4. Go to Your Building

There is no central Check-In desk, and most students may proceed to their room after completing online Check-In.
