Moving Bins
Moving is hard work, but rental bins are available across campus to make it easier.
Rent a Moving Bin
Rental bins will be available across campus during Check-In.
Bins can be rented for two hours. After that period, charges may apply.
- Return the bin to its rental location once you have moved your items.
- There are a limited number of bins available to students. Please return your bin once you have completed moving and do not begin unpacking until you have returned your bin.
Rental Locations on August 29 & August 30
Large cardboard bins will be available at all unload zones until 4:00 p.m. to help you transport your belongings to your room.

After 1 p.m., bins will be available at the Furnald Hall Lounge.
Rental Locations on September 4
Bins are available 24/7 from Furnald Hall.
Rental Locations on September 4
After 5 p.m., bins will be available at the Furnald Hall Lounge. For quick access, enter campus through the gate between Lerner Hall and Furnald, which will be open on September 4 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On September 5 and Later: Hospitality Desk at Furnald Hall
Bins will be available at the Hospitality Desk in Furnald Hall 24/7.

- September 5, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- September 6, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- September 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
