First-Year Room Assignments & Check-In Information Sent to Students on June 30

On June 30, first-year students received an email from Columbia Housing with their room and Check-In assignment, as well as other Check-In information. Continue reading for a summary of the email.

Your Room and Check-In Assignments

Students were sent their Academic Year 2022-23 room assignment and Check-In day in this communication. This information is also viewable in the homepage sidebar of the Housing Portal.

Assigned Check-In times will be sent in our next communication in mid-July.

Bag Drop Confirmation

Bag drop is available only for students who received confirmation in the June 30 email. 

We received more requests to participate in bag drop than we are able to accommodate. If you did not receive confirmation and a bag drop assignment, please plan to move your belonging to campus on Check-In Day on August 28. 

In our next communication in mid-July, students who have bag drop will receive an assigned bag drop arrival time. You can view your bag drop confirmation status in the homepage sidebar of the Housing Portal.

Your Roommate's Contact Information

You can find your roommate's name and email address in the homepage sidebar of the Housing Portal. If you do not have a roommate, this section will appear blank.
