The Columbia Housing Portal is your one-stop location for important information as a residential Columbia student. Throughout your time living on campus, you will be required to visit the Housing Portal to complete mandatory requirements.
You may or may not be prompted via email to visit the Housing Portal if Columbia Housing requires you to complete an action. Consult the Housing Calendar at regular intervals throughout the year to ensure you do not miss any important Housing deadlines.
Actions and requirements that must be completed through the Housing Portal include, but are not limited to,
- Submitting a housing application
- Signing your Occupancy Agreement
- Selecting a Check-In time
- Completing Web Check-In (returning upperclass students only)
- Completing your Room Condition Report
- Participating in Room Selection
- Cancelling your Housing
- Completing Web Check-Out
Login Procedure
- Go to the Housing Portal
- Enter your UNI and password
- New students may need to log in with their Columbia ID number until they have activated their UNI
