University Staff Access to Your Room or Suite

Policy

The University reserves the right to enter an assigned space for reasons of health, safety, or emergency for the purpose of insuring compliance with the Occupancy Agreement, for inventory, and for making necessary repairs, with or without the occupant’s permission. The University will try to provide prior notification of scheduled preventive maintenance work, repairs, room checks, visual inspections, and inventory inspections.
