Events in the Residence Halls

Authorized Columbia Undergraduate recognized student groups interested in hosting social or charitable events in residence halls should contact their adviser and Event Management to coordinate space reservations. Performance lounges can only be booked Friday - Sunday by performance groups. Performances cannot be amplified. If guests are attending an event, a guest list will need to be provided to Public Safety by Residential Life. 


  1. Submit event request to Event Management
  2. Event must be approved by Student Group Adviser
  3. Email guest list to Residential Life
