August 06, 2024

Review Your Building’s Arrival Instructions

Plan to arrive at your assigned time and proceed to your building’s unload zone on the day of your arrival (Check-In or Bag Drop). The unload zone is where you will temporarily park your car while you unload your items.

Each building has specific arrival instructions on how you should approach the unload zone:

Streets around your building may be closed to facilitate move-in. While you may park temporarily in the unload zones to unpack your belongings, all day parking in those locations will not be allowed. You may find street parking in the area or in a local parking garage.

U-hauls are not allowed in unload zones.

If Arriving by Public Transportation

Please proceed to the unload zone on foot. Moving bins will be available at unload zones to help with your belongings.

Look Out for the Lion Pass

The Lion Pass is a digital document that lists your arrival time, building and room number. It will become available in the Housing Portal on August 20. You may need to present your Lion Pass at Check-In. Please plan accordingly.

What Comes Next

On August 20, we will notify you that your Lion Pass is available, as well as send important pre-arrival reminders.
