Residential students may rent a moving bin from the Hartley Hospitality Desk. During Check-In and Check-Out, satellite rental locations may also be available. The first two hours of the rental are free of charge to residents. After the first two hours, late fees will be charged to the student;s account.
Late fees
- $10 will be charged per additional hour after the two-hour rental period expires (max $70 per day)
- If the bin is lost or not returned within 5 days, you will be charged a replacement fee of $350 for plastic bins or $25 for cardboard bins
