All currently enrolled students are issued Columbia University ID (CUID) cards.
Residents are required to carry their CUID to enter the residence halls. Students are prohibited from using a CUID that is not their own or lending their CUID to another person, including, but not limited to other Columbia students or non-affiliate guests. Students must present their CUID upon request to University officials.
Residential students who need to replace a lost or damaged CUID should visit the ID Center. After the replacement card is printed, visit the Hartley Hospitality Desk to re-encode your CUID with housing access, dining plans, and Flex balances.
