Summer Break Hours
The Hospitality Desk is available 24 hours 7 days a week. During summer break, support will be available:
- 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.: In-person or by phone
- 5 p.m. - 9 a.m.: Phone support only
Hospitality Desk Services Include:
- Assistance with maintenance and custodial requests
- Unless it's an emergency, students should first put in a service request. The Desk can help if issues aren't resolved in a timely manner.
- Equipment check-out for Game Room
- General questions
- Keys and locks
- Bin rentals
