Summer Projects Conducted in the Residence Halls

The summer months provide students with a break from the academic year. For the teams on campus, it’s an opportunity to conduct project work in buildings like residence halls. Here are highlights of the refresh work done for the 2026-27 academic year.

Projects included:

  • Refresh work in Furnald, Woodbridge, and Schapiro including flooring and doors 
  • Schapiro dance studio update with refreshed paint, lighting and flooring
  • Elevator modernization in East Campus  
  • 542 112th Street updated for undergraduate residential portfolio for AY 2026-27

Plus: Work at Hartley Hall continues. The complete building renovation is now in its second year and is on schedule to reopen in Fall 2027. Project preview coming soon!
