McBain Hall: Kitchen Lounge & Corridor Upgrades

Kitchen lounges across every floor of McBain received new appliances, cabinets, furniture, and flooring, as well as fresh paint. Hallways received new carpet (over 15K square feet!) and fresh paint.

By choosing sustainable flooring products for this project, Columbia Housing reduced carbon emissions by 58 percent over the industry average - that's the carbon equivalent of seven acres of forest!

Watt Hall: Corridor Refresh

More than 7K square feet of carpet across Watt Hall hallways was replaced. Corridors also received new light fixtures and refreshed paint.

By choosing sustainable flooring products for this project, Columbia Housing reduced carbon emissions by 58 percent over the industry average - that's equivalent to keeping one car off the road for a whole year!
