You may have noticed new signage added in the laundry rooms with a QR code to report machine issues. If you run into trouble with a washer or dryer, please use this form to report right away. The sooner we can address, the sooner we can have the machine back online for you.
Laundry Do’s and Don’ts
We also posted signs with key tips for doing laundry. These basic points will help you get your clothes clean and keep the laundry rooms in good condition. The highlights:
- Leave space in the washer and dryer (don’t overstuff with clothes)
- Use the recommended amount of detergent (more soap ≠ more clean)
- Leave the washing machine door open when done so it can dry
- Empty the lint trap
- No shoes, rubber or plastic items
