Recently, Amazon has mis-delivered pallets of packages to the Columbia Student Mail Center. Even if you have received a notification from Amazon saying your package was delivered, Columbia Mail may not have received it. If the package has been delivered to Columbia, the Student Mail Center will send a separate notification via email within 24 hours letting you know it’s time to pick it up.
If you do not receive a notification from the Student Mail Center, but Amazon says your package is delivered, you should:
-
Notify the Student Mail Center by sending an email to [email protected] with your tracking number AND order number.
-
Notify Amazon that the delivery was not made and cancel the missing order.
-
Re-order the product and restart the process.
