Electronic Lock Update Scheduled Across Columbia Housing Portfolio

Beginning August 5, Columbia Housing will begin a software update for all electronic door locks. We anticipate no more than 10 minutes of access disruption for residents. For planning purposes, an estimated update schedule is available below, but your lock may update outside this window.

During the scheduled upgrade, residents should continue to use their CUID or room card as normal. If your door lock is unresponsive when you tap your card, please wait 10 minutes for the software to finish updating and try again. If the lock remains unresponsive, please call the Hartley Hospitality Desk at 212-854-2779 for assistance.
Lock upgrades will be completed by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6.
