Wilmer Mejia

Wilmer Mejia joined Columbia Housing in August 2026 as the Associate Manager, Housing Systems. In this role, he supports the operational side of Housing by managing housing systems and coordinating cross-departmental processes to ensure a seamless living experience for students. Before coming to Columbia, Wilmer worked in corporate banking at Citi, where he managed sustainability initiative projects. He draws on his diverse background in finance, accounting, and hospitality operations to tackle complex challenges, bringing a collaborative approach and a strong passion for improving system efficiencies. Originally from Texas, Wilmer enjoys exploring New York City’s restaurant scene, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
