Nathalie Roa

Nathalie is the Associate Director of Guest Services, bringing a strong background in educational operations, facility management, and systems efficiency to the team. She began her career at Success Academy, where she played a key role in launching the new Bronx 5 location before joining KIPP NYC. During her time at KIPP, Nathalie advanced from Operations Manager to Director of Operations, successfully managing a major campus relocation and spearheading enrollment initiatives. Driven by a passion for optimizing operational systems, Nathalie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, trying new foods, exploring self-development, and spending time with her two dogs.
