Students who are not returning for spring semester, including seniors graduating in February, students studying abroad, and students taking leave, must check out within 24 hours of their last exam or by 5:00 p.m. on December 23, whichever is sooner. Such students are not eligible to remain in Columbia Housing over Winter Break.
