How to Apply for Spring Interim & Summer Housing

Continuing students may apply through the Housing Portal. Please complete the Summer 2023 application through the “Statement of Intent” step.
Graduating seniors may only apply for Summer Session I through the Columbia Housing Conference Portal. You will receive confirmation if your application is approved. You will pay online by credit card during the registration process.
Students in Sponsored Housing must complete a summer housing application in the Housing Portal. Please confirm with your sponsoring department that your sponsorship has been approved and that they have submitted the necessary forms to Housing. We will confirm your sponsorship status following notice from the sponsoring department. You may be billed and credited by your sponsoring department.
If you apply for Summer Housing, you may be required to relocate to a new assignment and must be on-campus that day. You will receive notification by April 30.
Students applying for Spring Interim, Summer Session I, and the full Summer Session will be charged on May 1. No refunds will be processed. See summer housing rates and information about cancellation.
